Data we collect
Account: name, email, phone, language. Trip: pickup/dropoff GPS, ride history, ratings. Booking: hotel/restaurant orders, dates, party size. Payment: tokenized card via Nexra Pay / Stripe — we never store full card numbers. Device: app version, OS, crash logs.
How we use it
Run rides, hotel/restaurant/excursion bookings, prevent fraud, support, safety (SOS dispatch), accounting, and legally required tax reporting in Mexico.
Sharing
With the partner serving you (driver, hotel, restaurant), payment processor, and law enforcement when legally required. We never sell your personal data.
Retention
Trip records 7 years (tax law). Account data until you delete your account, then 90-day backup window.

Cookies
We use essential cookies for login and minimal analytics. No third-party advertising cookies.
Children
The Service is not directed at children under 18.
