These Terms govern your use of the Cozumel Rides platform, mobile and web applications, and services ("Service") operated by NEXRA Tech Mexico Ltd ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
We connect visitors and locals with independent transport drivers, hotels, restaurants and excursion operators in Cozumel. We are a technology platform; the relevant partner is the service provider for each transaction.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ to create an account, book rides, hotels or excursions. Minors may travel as named passengers of an adult account holder.
3. Pricing & currency
Guest-facing prices are charged in MXN. Reporting and partner payouts may be converted to USD at prevailing rates. All applicable Mexican VAT and tourism taxes are included.
4. Payments & cancellations
Payments are processed by Nexra Pay / Stripe. Free cancellation up to the partner's stated window; afterwards a partner-set fee may apply.
5. Conduct
No abusive behaviour toward drivers, partners or staff. Damage caused to vehicles or properties is the responsibility of the user. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXRA Tech Mexico Ltd is not liable for indirect damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior 12 months.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quintana Roo.
